Do you think I ate to much today? - organic sun dried tomatoes
I'm trying to 5 small meals throughout the day, which, as it sounds. (I'm 5'5 "or 5'6" and weighs 121, the holidays, but I'm 115)
8:30 - black coffee and a banana
10:30 - I celery
12:30 to 1 p.m. Pear
2:30 - gluten-free and sugar-free "Think Thin" Protein Bar
4:30 - smoked salmon, tomatoes and pesto (from oil), celery and half an apricot.
Do I eat a lot?
Everything we eat organic!
