Metal Moulding Why Does A Moulding Bread In A Sealed Plastic Bag Become Warm To Touch?

Why does a moulding bread in a sealed plastic bag become warm to touch? - metal moulding

There are approximately 10 days, I bought a loaf of bread in a sealed plastic bag, put it in a box and forgot about it .. I have to this day. It was very susprisingly molded plastic and was a very hot ... I think it is at body temperature. Does anyone know why?

I think it can ferment the yeast in bread.

Yeast is doing his thing generates heat

I think it is because the bacteria that forms the pan heat as a byproduct when eating bread. Fairly easy to answer, I'm sorry, but I hope that helps
