Where can I park in downtown DC near the National Mall for tourist walking? - dc tourist maps
I plan to spend a night in Arlington, Virginia. However, I have a baby and I do not think that I walk .... I hope to find a place for all that you do not have a long distance walk. There is underground .... but I do not know much ... I've never been there.

There are plenty of free parking at the mall to come, but must be early or very lucky to get them. The building of the Office of Reagan has a parking garage that seems most people do not know. You have to put up with all projections ID / pass them on the car and the garbage, but it is capable of.

The subway is safe, easy and cheap. Not even attempt to park.
The metro is very easy to Arlington. I do not know where it is located in Arlington, but you can use the subway and get off beside the National Mall, TRUST ME, you save yourself the trouble. Driving and parking in DC is a nightmare. The people in the metro is very useful, and if I remember correctly, I think the Blue Line to Arlington you need from ..... Transfer will be saved, but it's been a while since I've been there.
When I visited in Washington, DC, I have a Park & Ride near the subway, Bethesda, MD. and use the subway system, which led me to the mail box.
Probably the easiest way to get to the mall. Triple A, if you are a member, you have the information from the Washington area.
There are also tourist buses once they are in the area of the mall.
